Seems like we are always doing a birthday themed event and as part of our packages we include complimentary number helium balloons. We have tried quiet a view and have had the worse luck to the best luck. The worse - the balloons just didn't stay up once inflated. The numbers even looked like they went meant to be numbers ha!
So we stopped buying the expensive ones since it was always a risk and settled for this set! The balloons were quite sturdy and it didn't hurt that the package deal was $10.00usd!
